The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), has received a grant under the Department of Defense's Legacy Resource Management Program to conduct oral history research on the life and times of Pancho Barnes and her Happy Bottom Riding Club. The specific purpose of the project is to interview and record oral history concerning the life and times of Pancho Barnes while informants are still alive and available to interview.
