During January of 1987, Statistical Research conducted a Class II cultural resources survey, for the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, of approximately 5,330 acres composed of 14 discrete parcels near the towns of Wellton and Tacna, Arizona. Approximately 25.2 percent of the project area was surveyed using a combination of judgmental and random transects.
