This is an Arizona Site Steward file for the Turkey Creek Caves site, comprised of two caves with smoke-blackened roofs and accompanying artifacts, located on Prescott National Forest land. The file consists of a site data form, Museum of Northern Arizona card, map of the site location, and a black and white photograph of the site. The earliest dated document is from 1954.

On 2 September, 1993, Rick Bryant monitored trenching for a water line and found many artifacts from a landfill. The exposed materials were collected, the pipe was laid, and the trench was refilled.
