Chapter presenting early research on the Stone Camp Pueblo dacite source and the role the dacite played at the Stone Camp Pueblo and surrounding community. During this independent research project over 150 prehistoric sites directly associated with this dacite source were documented east of Perry Mesa, near the divide of two major tributary drainages. The results of an energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analysis are presented.
