The Bull Creek site (34BV176) is situated within the short grass prairie biome on a cut bank that is in a meander of Bull Creek located in the High Plains physiographic region of western Beaver County, Oklahoma. The Bull Creek floodplain supports trees that include elm (Ulmus), cottonwood (Celtis), and hackberry (Celtis).
