During the excavation of a backhoe trench for a sewer pipe adjacent to building 320, portions of a concrete foundation and undocumented water pipes and a cistern were discovered along the south and east sides of Building 320. Records research revealed no plans of these structures. Because the remains appear to date to the 1940s or even more recently and are undocumented, they are not significant and no further work is recommended.

The Fort McDowell Indian Reservation is rich in historic and prehistoric archaeological resources. Systematic surface searches have located and recorded over 100 archaeological sites within the 40 square mile reservation.
