A chipping station containing no features and no diagnostic artifacts was excavated at Frisco in Summit County, Colorado. This site (5ST278) was sampled stratigraphically at 10 cm intervals for pollen to a total depth of 40 cm below the present ground surface. A radiocarbon date taken from Level 3, the densest concentration of cultural material, is reported at 630 + 100 BP (BETA 11428).
