The Hatch Site (5W138) is located in the West Stoneham Pasture Research Area of the Pawnee National Grassland in northeastern Colorado. Phytolith analysis was undertaken on three samples to augment the pollen analysis completed previously (Cummings 1994). Eight Plains Woodland occupation zones and deposits were noted at this site.
