Site 32DU237 is located within the Knife River Flint primary source area approximately 25-30 miles east of the Little Missouri Badlands. The site is situated on the highest knob of a ridge top and the soil samples were taken from the northern portion of the knob resulting in a total of 9 pollen and phytolith samples.
