As part of our on-going research on incised stones throughout Nevada, this poster presents the results of a comparative study we recently undertook of the Ruby Cave artifact collection and Trudy Thomas’s (1983) illustrations of the Gatecliff Shelter collection in order to determine whether shared stylistic patterns exist between the two incised stone assemblages.
