Four sites dating to the mid-1200s in the Michael's (Clo-Chen-Toh) Exchange were sampled for pollen during archaeological mitigation. The sites consist of pitstructures, masonary rooms, and jacal structures. Mealing bins and hearths were also noted as extra-mural features. These sites are located to the north of Ramah, New Mexico in a mixed conifer zone supporting ponderosa pine, pinyon pine, juniper, and oak at elevations between 7000 and 7100 feet.
