Fort Sam Houston is proposing to install two sitting areas on the grounds of the Quadrangle. The Quadrangle, Building 16, and the Clock Tower, Building 40, are both landmarks listed in the National Register of Historic Places. After careful review, the cultural resource staff at Fort Sam Houston has determined that this undertaking will result in no averse effect to these historic buildings or surrounding grounds.
