This letter confirms that the Texas Historical Commission has received cut sheets of replacement lavatories and the components associated with the lavatories for the non-historic units located in the Foulois House at Fort Sam Houston. After review, the Commission has determined that the replacement elements will have "no adverse effect" on the historic structure.
