An inventory form by the Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation for Building 626 at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The structure was built in 1888 as a commanding officers quarters and is now vacant and known as the Stilwell House. Included in the inventory are black and white photographs taken in 1980 of the structure.
