The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed the project review document from Fort Sam Houston regarding the rehabilitation of Building 1026. This letter serves as comment on the proposed undertaking from the State Preservation Office, the Executive Director of the Texas Historical Commission. The Commission concurs with the determination of "no adverse effect" on the historic resource.
