This letter is Fort Sam Houston forwarding plans and specifications for proposed renovations to Building 16. Building 16 is the oldest Quartermaster and Garrison Headquarters, known as the Quadrangle. Fort Sam Houston Cultural Resources group has concluded that this undertaking will result in no adverse effect on Building 16 as a National Register listed property or to the Historic Landmark District.
