In this presentation I’ll review the public relevance concerning archaeological property "Bienes muebles", in particular custody. I’ll describe the registry procedures and its scope as a cultural heritage legal instrument. Additionally, my objective is to present the way by which "Ley Federal sobre Monumentos y Zonas Arqueológicos, Artísticos e Históricos" enactment proclaimed the monuments as national properties, this way the law obligates the owners to register their monuments.
