SAIC has been contracted by the United States Army Corp of Engineers, the Fort Worth District to develop an environmental assessment for the US Army at Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, Texas. The US Army is proposing to demolish six vacant and deteriorating buildings on Fort Sam Houston and two on Camp Bullis. The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed the work proposal for the new lavatories and replacement walls at the Medical Center of Brooks Army Base, submitted by Fort Sam Houston. It has been determined that this scope of work will have "no adverse effect" to the historic building.
