While the Texas Historical Commission reviewed and concurred with the design documents for this house plan type, this letter addresses a specific problem identified in this individual house that warrants consultation under the RCI Programmatic Agreement.

The Commission has completed its review of the documentation provided and has determined that the subject undertaking will have no adverse effect upon the specified housing in the Fort Sam Houston National Historic Landmark District, providing that the listed conditions in this correspondence are met.
