The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed Fort Sam Houston's submittal of information related to upgrading windows at Building 2059. Building 2059 was constructed in 1944 and is an important example of permanent medical facilities built late in World War II. The Commission concurs with the determination that this work will have "no adverse effect"but with conditions. This letter outlines the Commissions conditions and concerns.
