Randolph Air Force Base created a project to construct a handicap ramp on the secondary elevation of Building 901. The proposed ramp meets ADA requirements. It has been determined that there would be "no adverse effect" on the property or the historic district. Copied to the correspondence is the San Antonio Conservation Society.

Randolph Air Force Base has accepted the State Historical Preservation Office and the Texas Historical Commission's recommendations on the design of the handicap ramp at Building 901. Revised construction elevations are also included in a memo attached to this correspondence.
