Documentation of Building 1198 was carried out under provisions of a programmatic memorandum of agreement regarding cultural resources at Fort Sam Houston. The work was prepared under the direction of Prewitt and Associates, Inc. for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District.
