The only information present with the Tyrone Mims Arbitrary (1BR?) 1988 investigation was the information written on the bags and the paper tags that arrived with the collection. No report was present for this collection and as a result who Tyrone Mims is, or was, has not been established. It is highly likely that Tyrone Mims was a local man residing around the Walter F.
