Site 48SU379 is situated approximately 17 miles southwest of the town of Pinedale, Wyoming in the northern portion of the Green River Basin and approximately 1,000 ft south of the New Fork River on a high terrace overlooking the New Fork floodplain. The site consists of a significant lithic scatter of debitage and thermally altered rock.
