Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH) is proposing to renovate the east wing of the Quadrangle as home for the Fort Sam Houston Museum. Constructed in 1876, the Quadrangle (building 16) and the Clock Tower (building 40) are both landmarks listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The museum is currently housed in an inadequate facility that includes too little space for displays as well as improper climate control for preservation of the numerous artifacts the museum...
