Joint Base San Antonio is writing to the Texas Historical Commission to propose to issue a Request for Proposal to rehabilitate Building 198 for use as an administration facility. Building 198 was constructed in 1912 as barracks for the Army Band and is a contributing element to the National Historic Landmark District.
