Cannon Air Force Base was inventoried between April 12 and 15, 1994 as part of the Air Combat Command Cold War study for the ongoing Department of Defense Legacy Program. Information was gathered at the base from the Wing Historian, the Drawing Room staff, and at the Civil Engineering, Real Property, and Public Affairs offices. On-site inspections were also conducted.
