A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Demolition of nineteen installations in the White Alice Communication System. These installations include: Anvil Mountain, Bear Creek, Bethel, Big Mountain, Canyon Creek, Cape Romanzof, Cape Lisburne, Cape Sari chef, Driftwood Bay, Fort Yukon, Granite Mountain, Kalakaket Creek, Kotzebue, Murphy Dome, Nikolski, North River, Port Heiden, Port Moller, and Tin City.
