This document is an internal Air Force (AF) memo to Civil Engineering distributed as part of the ongoing Section 106 consultation regarding the comments pertaining to the draft historic preservation plan (HPP) associated with the Peacekeeper Rail Garrison Test Programs. The memo notes that the comments were also submitted to the California State Historic Preservation Office and that the AF is in the process of organizing a meeting among interested parties as part of finalizing the HPP.
