A Class I survey performed on July 11, 1994 indicated 29 previously recorded sites located within 1.0 mi (1.6 km) of the survey routes. Fourteen sites were shown to be located near the transmission line corridor, with four of these within the right-of-way. This report summarizes the results of a Class I inventory (site records search) and Class III survey (intensive, 100% coverage, pedestrian inspection) for the proposed construction of an experiment test area at the High Energy Research and Technology Facility antenna range on Kirtland Air Force Base, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. No cultural resources were encountered during survey.
