An Archeological Survey of a Proposed Rescue Helicopter Facility at Holloman Air Force Base, Otero County, New Mexico (1992)

On December 12 and 13, 1992 Robert K. Alexander, for the Office of Contract Archeology, University of New Mexico, conducted an archeological clearance survey of a tract of land on the Holloman Air Force Base. The 850 foot (259 m.) by 400 foot (122 m.) tract is to be used for a rescue helicopter facility and is adjacent to a taxiway near the present control tower. No cultural resources were found, and project clearance is recommended.
