The Early Electrification of Anchorage (2002)
This study was carried out for US Army Alaska, Fort Richardson, in order to comply with Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (as amended). The purpose of this report was to establish the historic context of the Old Eklutna power plant.
