The Texas Historical Commission review staff, led by Emily Thompson Payne, has completed its review of the project documentation. Based on the information submitted, it has been determined that construction of a vestibule and installation of windows will have no adverse effect given that they will occur on the non-original lean-to and on a secondary elevation of the hangar.
