The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District has proposed a shore protection project for two reaches along the Atlantic coastline in Brevard County, Florida. Sand for this project is to be dredged from four borrow areas in the Atlantic Ocean between Cape Canaveral and Patrick Air Force Base.
