The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) purchased property at North Freeway, Tucson, Arizona, to facilitate improvements along the Interstate 10 (I-10) corridor. Following completion of construction, ADOT proposed selling the property lying outside the I-10 right-of-way.
