Principal Development Group (PDG) plans to construct a shopping center in the vicinity of Cave Creek, Maricopa County, Arizona. The construction will impact site AZ U:1:164 (ASM), a scatter of prehistoric artifacts. PDG requested that EcoPlan Associates, Inc.
