Between March 8 and 22, 2004, Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. (CRAI), personnel conducted phase III data recovery excavations at the Hayes site (15Cl67) in Carroll County, Kentucky, to mitigate adverse affects of the installation of a force main sewer line associated with the proposed Carrollton Wastewater Treatment Plant.
