The U.S. Air Force proposes to erect an electronic system site P-68 in the northern portion of Kawich Valley on Nellis Range 4807. Plans also include construction of an above ground powerline and a graded access road extending from the existing paved Gold Reed Road to the P-68 facility and the emplacement of a fiber optic line between P-68 and the existing P-71 facility.
