The 98th Range Wing has proposed road repair of a 29-mile road segment from SR highway 375 in Railroad Valley, east-west to Cactus Flat. Its location crosses Cedar Pass in the Kawich Range in the northeast portion of the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), managed by Nellis Air Force Base.
