The buildings and structures inventoried in Volume II represent the field survey component of this study. The inventory includes the known World War II era buildings and structures built between 1940 and 1945 and five Cold War era buildings as specified in the contract. The project team conducted the survey primarily in 1996 with additional site visits in 1997 and 1998.
