The Fitch Site designated AZ:U:9:1 (ASU), is a Classic Period site of the Hohokam chronology. It is situated just north of Mesa, Arizona, on the second south terrace of the Salt River. The significance of the site to our knowledge of the Classic Period is in the fact that it is a small site consisting of a habitation structure with three rooms and connecting walls, the whole forming a compound unit.
