This Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) was developed to provide for effective management of cultural resources as an integral part of the Scott Air Force Base Installation Development Plan (IDP) (Scott Air Force Base 2011a), as directed by Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7065. This ICRMP does not include MidAmerica Airport, the Joint-Use Area, or the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This is a 5-year plan, covering fiscal years (FYs) 2012 through 2017.

This report presents the results of an historic building inventory at Eareckson Air Station, Alaska, focusing on WWII and Cold War buildings. This report discusses recommendations for buildings eligible for the National Register. The report is divided into two sections. The first section provides the historic context for Shemya Island, Eareckson Air Station. The second section is the inventory and evaluation of the individual buildings.
