Summary of an intensive survey on 14,320 acres of MAFR. 30 unrecorded sites, 5 previously recorded sites, and 227 isolated occurences were documented. 9 sites were prehistoric, 22 were historic, and 3 had both pre- and historic materials. A total of 12 sites (4 prehistoric, 2 multi-component, and 6 historic) were recommended as eligible for NRHP inclusion.
