The project involves Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) to take part in developing and testing a new Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, which will involve utilizing and modifying existing ICBM structures on VSFB. VSFB determined that the GBSD Test Program will result in no adverse effects to archaeological and historic properties for Phase II.
