This Preliminary Assessment #3 and Field Sampling Strategy (PA#3/FSS) report documents literature search, interview, and reconnaissance information for twenty-seven facilities at Cape Canaveral Air Station, one facility at Kennedy Space Center, and eight facilities at Patrick Air Force Base. Field sampling strategies for site investigation activities are included for those areas recommended for sampling on the basis of the preliminary assessments.
