This report provides an inventory and assessment of the Cold War-era (1945-1991) built environment at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi. This Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) was developed to provide for effective management of cultural resources as an integral part of the Scott Air Force Base Installation Development Plan (IDP) (Scott Air Force Base 2011a), as directed by Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7065. This ICRMP does not include MidAmerica Airport, the Joint-Use Area, or the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This is a 5-year plan, covering fiscal years (FYs) 2012 through 2017.
