Project activities will consist of installing 4- strand barbed wire fences along current base boundary lines at both locales, and along a road ROW in Area 1, to stop trespassing.

On 15 November 1995, archaeologists from GeoMarine Inc. (GMI) noted disturbance to HAR-058 (LA 103418), a large prehistoric site on Holloman AFB (HAFB). This is the second incident of disturbance reported for this site in 1995.

North Area, Tularosa Peak, and Boles Wells Cultural Resources Survey, Holloman Air Force Base, Otero County, New Mexico (1995)
A total of 7,284 acres was included in this inventory, including HAFB properties on the North Area, and Tularosa Peak on the Main Base, and Boles Wells Water System Annex. A total of 34 previously unrecorded archaeological sites was documented. Twenty-five of the newly discovered properties are attributable to prehistoric activities.
