A single macrofloral sample was recovered from a thermal feature at site 42In853 in the Cross Hollow Hills Project Area, southwest Utah. This site consists of an artifact scatter and the buried thermal feature. It has been postulated that the site was used for biface reduction. Charcoal from the thermal feature yielded a 2-sigma calibrated radiocarbon age of AD 530-720 and AD 740-760 (Beta 209123).
