The Camp Bullis Cultural Resource Office conducted archaeological investigations at the Camp Bullis military installation from December 2003 to April 2006. The Texas Historical Commission has reviewed the draft report entitled "Camp Bullis Archeological and Historical Investigations, Bexar and Comal Counties, Texas: The 1989 Season."They find the report to be thorough and it is agreed that the assessment of the resources, specifically of the prehistoric and historic sights, is correct concerning their inclusion or non-inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
