Salt River Project (SRP) proposes to realign County Road 191 in Catron County, New Mexico, in order to build a coal haul railroad within the SRP Fence Lake Coal Mine Transportation Corridor. The proposed railroad will intersect the existing alignment of the road, therefore, the road must be realigned.
